Innovative Curriculum: Fewer Classes But More In-Depth Learning
Farmington operates under an innovative 4-credit system, similar to what many private liberal arts colleges use. This means that instead of taking five classes per semester, students here are expected to take four.
The beauty of this progressive curriculum is that it allows for even more in-depth learning. Raising academic expectations, engaging students in deeper thinking, and providing students even more opportunities for undergraduate research and internship opportunities.

"tracks" in each pre-professional area —
specific courses identified as ideal for meeting the
entrance requirements of medical schools, law schools,
and MBA programs.
