International Students
We welcome International Students to apply to the University of Maine at Farmington. In just the past few years, we have accepted and enrolled students from Canada, Mexico, Japan, Morocco, Myanmar (Burma), Russia, and New Zealand, to name just a few.
Because we purposely limit our total enrollment to just 2,000 full-time students, admission to Farmington is competitive. Plus, some of our majors are in such high demand that openings in those academic areas often fill quickly (Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Creative Writing, for example).
For these reasons, we encourage you to apply well ahead of the deadlines.

- Spring semester enrollment November 1
