All of us at the University of Maine at Farmington welcome you and your daughter or son as the newest members of the Farmington family. We expect everything will go smoothly, but we also know you may want to contact us with questions, concerns, and maybe even complaints. To Contact Your Daughter or Son in an Emergency:
In case of emergency, contact the Campus Switchboard, 207-778-7000.

They will immediately contact the UMF Dept. of Public Safety (207-778-7400) and its officers will locate and contact your son or daughter, even if they are in class and have their cell phone turned off. (Many professors request students to turn off or silence their cell phones during class or lab.)
