If you're interested in competing in sports at the collegiate level but just can't make the time commitment varsity athletics requires, then Club Sports may be a perfect option for you.

Club Sports: Big Interest, Big Opportunity
Club Sports are student led sports teams or sports-related organizations. Some Farmington Club Sports teams compete against other colleges and universities — others do not. Many of our Club Sports have extremely loyal fans and supporters: friends, family, students, faculty, staff and others. And our Club Sports games and matches tend to be very well-attended.

While many Club Sports at Farmington have long traditions, the offerings vary due to the changing interest, skill and commitment of the student participants. Currently, most of our Club Sports are highly organized and also operate under the rules and regulations of their own sports' national, regional and local governing bodies.

There is opportunity, however, for less structured Club Sports or new Club Sports to emerge. So if you don't see a particular Club Sport that interests you, consider starting a new one — that's how each Farmington Club Sport got started in the first place.
