Intramurals are sports activities where you compete against other Farmington students, usually weekdays after classes or in the evening. Most intramurals at UMF are co-ed and they're a great way to get to know other students and take a well-deserved break from the books.

Healthy, Competitive Fun — Indoors and Out
Some intramurals at Farmington take place outdoors, some indoors, and others in the water (indoors at our Fitness & Rec Center).

The Intramural Board dreams up these activities and offers around 25 different sports and tournaments throughout the year. The Intramural program is based at the UMF Fitness & Recreation Center.
