Thank you for your interest in the University of Maine at Farmington.

Whether you’re looking to become a new First-Year Student (freshman), a Transfer Student from another institution, or an International Student from another country, we welcome you and we encourage you to apply.

Because we purposely limit our total enrollment to just 2,000 full-time students, admission to the University of Maine at Farmington (UMF) is competitive. Plus, some of our majors are in such high demand that openings in those academic areas often fill quickly (Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Creative Writing, for example).

For these reasons and more, we encourage you to apply to UMF as early as possible.

The University of Maine at Farmington CEEB Code is 3506
